The data collected via this form is intended for use by ‘Vendée Expansion - SEM’. It is processed for the purpose of managing your request to create an account to access the ‘Vendée 360’ online e-learning platform. This processing is carried out on the basis of your express consent exclusively for the purposes mentioned above.
We collect your surname, first name, e-mail address, as well as the company name, surname, first name and e-mail address of the manager of the company in which you work. The data concerning your account for access to the ‘Vendée 360’ e-learning platform will be kept for as long as your account is active and will be automatically deleted after 12 months without any activity on your account. The data that you must provide on this form is identified by an asterisk (*). Without this information, we will not be able to register you.
We may communicate your personal data to third party subcontractors in the context of service provision activities. These service providers act on our instructions and exclusively for the purposes for which you have given your consent. They are contractually obliged to respect an obligation of security and confidentiality of your data and undertake to this end to implement adequate technical and organisational measures. We guarantee that your personal data will not be communicated to third parties for marketing purposes, except with your express consent, and will not, under any circumstances, be sold, rented, exchanged, transferred or given free of charge to another company.
